Amanda Turner, Proprietor and Funeral Celebrant
Through my ongoing career as a Funeral Director, I have had the honour of serving families in Windsor and surrounding areas, for the past 14 years.
I have a passion for people, a love of helping others and a lot of experience with speaking and ceremony.
In April of 2022, I followed through with something I had wanted to do for years and obtained my Funeral Celebrant Certification from Life Celebrants International.
Now I can really help families create a one-of-a-kind service to reflect the legacy left by those they love.
CRAIG BAXTer, LIfe celebrant
Today we live in a time where an increasing number of people identify as being spiritual rather than religious.
This more diverse society coupled with the greater freedoms of choice that we have gradually been afforded over the years; allow for the age old, traditional formalities of Weddings, Funerals, Baptisms or Christenings to become far more personalized and creative. We can now tailor ceremonies to meet our current individual needs.
Personally, I’m inspired by the natural world and find my own path through nature-based practices, always curious about different spiritual traditions and open to learning more.
Being a celebrant is about taking the lead from you, be it traditional, a humanist type of ceremony or looking for an authentic nature-based ceremony, whether in a woodland, meadow, beach, hilltop village, hall or even your garden.
Formal or whimsical you let us know your vision and we can create a unique, meaningful ceremony, full of feeling with a touch of magic that’s perfect for you.
